Common documents for warehouse jobs
Common joining documents may include Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank passbook or cancelled cheque, passport size photo, education certificate, address proof and resume.
Some roles may also ask for UAN/PF number, ESIC number, previous salary slips, experience letter or relieving letter when the candidate has prior work experience.
Role specific document examples
Driver, delivery and transport roles can require driving license, commercial driving license, vehicle documents or route-specific verification.
Security, healthcare, industrial and food handling roles may need police verification, medical fitness certificate, safety training certificate or food handler certificate depending on employer policy.
How to share documents safely
Share documents only after role, worksite and hiring source are clear. Avoid sending full documents to unknown numbers without verifying the job source.
Never share OTP, banking password, card details, UPI PIN or remote access to your phone. Document verification should not require these details.

Ask for salary breakup, joining date, working days, shift timing, weekly off, worksite address, payroll type and application contact details in writing.
